Next to Fractal dimension, I have found the Orbit counting Render settings to produce the most interesting images. When the initial image first generates, it may not look like much. Zooming-in for a closer look however, soon reveals diverse regions of root-like shapes, each cluster having subtle variations in color and complexity. Like this one.
