Settings: Formula 51, Render 5, Color 24-4 modified, Transform Arctan, Iterations 15, Stalks and Bubbles Radius 0.2000.

As you can see there have been alot of changes to the default settings to produce this image. This was all done haphazardly. I have found the best way to come up with new configurations is to make changes that one would not normally make and therefore come close to a random selection. From there I make minor adjustments that make the image look better. After several frustrating attempts I may stumble on something like this.
