Settings: Formula 6, Render 8 Fractal Dimension, Inside Out, Julia Mode, Color 14-4 modified, Transform 3 arctan, Iterations on Parameters dialog lowered to 10 from 30 (default).

Formula 6 gives these distinctive fan-like structures and I have found it to make many great images when similar color dialog settings didn't look particularly great with other formulas. I especially like the sharp contrast made between the white and green. The photographic look that Sterlingware fractals often have is again shown in this one.
