All fractal images are of course abstract ones. Sometimes one might look like a face or a flower but even then the resemblance is slight. For this reason I think it is very hard to come up with good names for fractals. I used to wonder why so much classical music was named with numbers. Now I think it's because giving names to art is just too hard. In most cases the best we can do is just give it a little label so we can reference it for practical purposes. This is image_5. But, doesn't it look a bit like tiny moonlit lakes seen from a highway at the top of a mountain at night?
